I avoid inflammatory foods, especially gluten (which I\u2019m sensitive to), and focus on real, nourishing meals rich in protein, minerals, and healthy fats.<\/p>

I drink quality water, mineral water, every day. It might sound simple, but hydration is everything, for both me and the skin I work on.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But I also know that you can\u2019t give your best to others if you\u2019re disconnected from yourself. That\u2019s why I protect my rest, my space, and my peace.<\/p>
