Getting Tattooed
With Me:
More Than a Design,
It’s an Experience

Getting a tattoo isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about what it means. It’s personal. Emotional. Sometimes even transformative. That’s why every session I take on is more than a service. It’s an experience I approach with care, focus, and intention.

Getting Tattooed With Me in Austin: More Than a Design, It’s an Experience

Before the Appointment: I Take Time to Understand You

I work by appointment only, which means the space is calm, focused, and free of unnecessary distractions. Appointments start on time no delays, no waiting around. Once the session begins, I’m fully committed to the work. I don’t take constant breaks or let my attention wander. We usually stop once in the afternoon for a quick meal if the session is long, but the rest of the time is all about your piece. Hearing the stories behind your tattoos is something I genuinely enjoy. And honestly, seeing your reaction when the piece is finished that first look in the mirror is one of my favorite parts of the job.

During the Session: Punctual, Present, and Fully Focused

Every project starts long before the tattoo machine turns on. I personally read every story, idea, and message you send. I want to understand what the piece means to you what’s behind it, what memory or feeling it carries. This is what allows me to show up prepared, fully connected, and ready to bring your story to life. I don’t work with templates or recycled designs. Each tattoo is custom and built from scratch, created with you in mind. I only take on a few projects at a time because that’s how I maintain the quality and focus I believe in.

This Experience Isn’t for Everyone and That’s Okay

This isn’t a quick tattoo shop experience. If you’re looking for something fast and generic, I’m probably not your artist. But if you value the process, the intention, and the energy behind your piece, then we’ll likely work well together. I’m currently tattooing in Austin, with limited availability. If you’d like to book a session or be the first to know when new dates open, you can message me on Instagram @joseecd or sign up for the newsletter.
